Daequip highly encourages, upon new attachment ownership, to take all means necessary proper operating procedures of this attachment.
The responsibility is on the ownership of the machine using the attachment, to inform, all operators of proper implement application and adhere to the attachment’s operating procedure as outlined below.
All machines operating with this attachment require the owner to provide this completed DELIVERY REGISTRATION DOCUMENT in entirety, signed and returned to the selling dealer of the attachment at time of possession. Submitting this document within 30 days of possession to Daequip Premium Attachments Ltd. is required for registration purposes.
